Kelvin believes local government has a duty to uphold and protect your constitutional rights. On the council, he has consistently ensured that proposed actions are viewed through that lens — advocating for transparency, accountability, and careful consideration of how each decision affects the freedoms of West Jordan residents. Additionally, he is and always will be committed to the idea of, “…the government is best which governs closest to the people.” He will continue to fight to keep important decisions in the hands of locals, NOT state officials.
